Resaclick is an online booking service that allows your clients or patients to easily make appointments. With the tools provided, Resaclick helps you save time, increase your revenue, and meet the needs of your clients or patients.

All features of Resaclick are offered free for two months. The free version allows you to benefit from 40 bookings per month and send 10 invoices per month. A commission of 2%* + 0.25 euro is applied to the payments you receive.

For unlimited use, no commitment, and 0%* commission on your payments, we offer the Resaclick+ plan.

Resaclick+

With Resaclick+, Resaclick is usable without limits on reservations, invoice sending, and allows receiving commission-free payments (excluding Stripe fees) for a single fee of 30 euros per month, no commitment.

You can view the invoices associated with your subscription by clicking the 'Manage my subscription' button in the Resaclick+ section of your profile.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by clicking the 'Manage my subscription' button in the Resaclick+ section of your profile.
Create your account

A professional account allows you to benefit from all the functionalities necessary for the development of your activity.

Creating an individual account is optional and intended for your clients/patients to simplify appointment booking. An individual account allows your clients/patients to schedule appointments without having to re-enter your booking form.
Customize your calendar

You can enter weekly time slots by visiting your agenda and then clicking on manage your weekly schedule.

You can enter time slots on specific dates by visiting your agenda and then clicking the 'Add' button on your chosen date.

Click on the slot to be removed from your agenda. Once the slot is displayed, click on 'Manage this slot' then 'Delete this slot'. To delete all slots for a specific date, click on the 'Delete all' button on the relevant date in your agenda.

Click on the slot from your agenda. Once the slot is displayed, click on 'Manage this slot' then 'Modify services associated with this slot'.

Click on the slot from your agenda. Once the slot is displayed, click on 'Manage this slot' then 'Modify the number of allowed reservations'. If you want to change this quota for all your slots, you can customize default maximum reservations for your slots.

Click on the slot from your agenda. Enter the client/patient's email address to add to this slot. If the email address provided exists in your client/patient list, the interface will offer to automatically fill in the fields of the booking form.
Customize your Resaclick page

You can customize your Resaclick page address from the Resaclick Page section of your Settings.

You can deactivate your Resaclick page from the Resaclick Page section of your Settings.

You can share the link to your Resaclick page from the Resaclick Page section of your Settings.

You can retrieve the HTML code to insert into your site from the Widget section of your Settings.

You can enter your addresses from the Address(es) and service(s) section of your Settings.

You can enter your phone number from the Contact section of your profile.

You can customize your associated services and prices from the Address(es) and service(s) section of your Settings.

You can customize your booking form from the Booking Form section of your Settings.
Activate online payment

Resaclick has partnered with Stripe for secure payments.

You can activate payments during reservations from the Payments section of your Settings. You will be prompted to create a Stripe account to receive your payments.

After creating your Stripe account, your clients/patients can easily pay during a reservation. Payment upon reservation can be made mandatory or optional. To enable payment for a reservation, it is also necessary to specify the price of your services from your profile.

Once online payment is activated, log in to your Stripe dashboard to obtain detailed financial reports regarding your activity. You will find details of your payments and transfers received and pending to your bank account.

During a reservation with payment, your clients/patients have 30 minutes to complete the payment. Beyond this period, payment is no longer accepted and the associated reservation is canceled to free up the slot.

You can refund a payment when canceling a reservation from your agenda or from your Stripe dashboard. Stripe and Resaclick payment fees are not refunded.

Resaclick applies the following pricing on transactions:
  • 0%* commission for professionals subscribed to Resaclick+.
  • 2%* + €0.25 commission for professionals without a subscription (free account).

Examples of payment fees:

For a €20 payment with a professional Resaclick+ account:

  • Resaclick fees: €0
  • Stripe processing fees: €0.83
  • You receive: €19.17

For a €20 payment with a professional account without a subscription (free account):

  • Resaclick fees: €0.65
  • Stripe processing fees: €0.83
  • You receive: €18.52

Google Calendar

Yes, you can automatically sync your Resaclick appointments and cancellations to your Google Calendar from the Google Calendar section of your Settings.

Yes, you can customize this from the Reservation Management section of your Settings.

You need to ensure that the time zone set in your Resaclick account matches the time zone in your Google Calendar. You can customize the time zone of your Resaclick account from the Account section of your profile.

To change the time zone in your Google Calendar, follow these steps:

  1. Open Google Calendar on your computer (calendar.google.com).
  2. In the top right corner, click on the gear icon, then click on 'Settings'.
  3. In the left sidebar, click on 'General'.
  4. In the 'Time zone' section, click on the dropdown menu and select your desired time zone.
  5. If you want to display a second time zone, check the box next to 'Display secondary time zone' and select the second time zone from the dropdown.
  6. Once you have selected the desired time zones, Google Calendar will automatically update to reflect the changes.
Set up your reservations

Yes, a reminder email is automatically sent to your clients/patients 48 hours before each appointment.

You can customize the period during which booking appointments is allowed from the Reservation Management section of your Settings.

Yes, your clients/patients can cancel or reschedule a reservation if you give them permission. You can customize or disable this functionality from the Reservation Management section of your Settings.

Yes, you can allow your clients/patients to receive a cancellation alert by enabling this feature from the Notifications sent to your patients section of your Settings. Once this feature is enabled, your clients/patients making a reservation can choose to be alerted when an earlier appointment becomes available.

You can customize the default maximum number of reservations for all your slots from the Reservation Management section of your Settings.

No, it is not necessary for your clients/patients to have a specific Resaclick account to make an appointment. However, creating a specific account allows your clients/patients to schedule appointments without having to re-enter their information.
Simplify your billing and accounting

You can send invoices from the Billing section.

You can customize invoices from the Billing section of your Settings.

You can automatically calculate your revenue from the Revenue section. Your revenue will be automatically calculated for the specified period.
Access your clientele/patient base

You can find all your client/patient files from your clientele/patient base.

Click on the respective client/patient from your clientele/patient base and then click on 'Show reservations for this client/patient'.
