Terms for Professional Accounts
Access to Professional Services

A professional account is required to access advanced Resaclick features, including full appointment management, personalized reminders, automated billing, and business optimization tools. During signup, users must provide accurate and up-to-date information, in accordance with our privacy policy.

Professional Responsibility

Each professional user is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for all activity on their account. If credentials are compromised or unauthorized access is suspected, the user must notify Resaclick immediately. Resaclick cannot be held liable for fraudulent account use if it was not previously reported.

Free Trial

New professional accounts are offered a 14-day free trial to explore the platform. During this period, up to 40 bookings can be made. Only one free trial is allowed per professional. Creating multiple accounts to extend the trial is a violation and may result in service suspension.

Resaclick+ Plan

After the trial, professionals can subscribe to the Resaclick+ plan, which offers unlimited bookings for 29.90€/month with or without a commitment. Annual subscribers receive one free month, equivalent to a 29.90€ discount.

Resaclick Start10 and Start20 Plans

For professionals with lower booking volumes, Resaclick offers the Start10 and Start20 plans, allowing up to 10 or 20 bookings per month while maintaining full platform access. Note: canceled or rescheduled appointments count toward the monthly limit. A canceled appointment counts as one booking; a rescheduled appointment counts as two (original + new slot).

Unused free trial bookings do not carry over, and unused monthly bookings are not rolled over to the next month.

Data Export

Professionals can request automated weekly exports of their booking data to help manage their business. Users must comply with data protection regulations when using these files. Resaclick ensures the security and privacy of data during this process.

Terms for Booking Accounts
Access to Booking Services

Individuals can use Resaclick to book and manage appointments without an account. However, creating a booking account simplifies the process by saving personal information for faster future bookings and direct appointment management.

Available Features

Booking accounts allow individuals to cancel or reschedule appointments through their personal dashboard. These services are free, but some professionals may charge fees for changes or cancellations.

Payments and Refunds

All payments during booking are processed securely by Stripe, a third-party payment platform. Resaclick is not involved in processing or handling payments or refunds. Payments go directly to the professional, who is solely responsible for managing them.

For refund requests, users must contact the professional directly. Resaclick does not have the authority or technical ability to process refunds and is not liable for disputes or refund denials by professionals.

By accepting these terms, the user acknowledges that Resaclick serves only as an intermediary platform and cannot be held responsible for any payment or refund issues.

General Conditions
Service Availability

Resaclick aims to provide stable and continuous service. However, access may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or uncontrollable events such as major outages, cyberattacks, network failures, or force majeure events including natural disasters or large-scale digital disruptions. Resaclick is not liable for service interruptions or any resulting losses, whether financial or otherwise.

Payment Incident Handling

If a subscription payment fails, the professional has 7 days to update their payment method and resolve the issue. During this period, service access remains active. However, in the case of repeated failures, Resaclick reserves the right to immediately cancel the subscription and deny future access without a grace period. This is intended to ensure service continuity and prevent abuse of recurring payment failures.

Limitation of Liability

Resaclick is not liable for any data loss, financial loss, or indirect damage resulting from the use of the platform. Users are responsible for backing up their data and taking necessary precautions to avoid data loss.

Support and Assistance

Resaclick provides support to help both professionals and individuals with questions and issues. Support can be contacted via email or through the contact form on the website.

Changes to Terms

Resaclick reserves the right to change these terms of use at any time. Users are encouraged to check this page regularly for updates. Continued use of the services after changes are made implies acceptance of the new terms.
